Vedavyasa Samshodhana Kendra, a constituent unit of Kukke Sri Subrahmanya Matha, recognised by the Karnataka Sanskrit University, Bengaluru, has a history of more than seven centuries built on the roots of Tatvavada(Dvaita) school of philosophy, founded by Sri Madhva Acharya. The team aspires to promote Indian knowledge legacy focusing on Dvaita philosophy through the following steps.
Research: Projects, Publications, and International/National/Regional Collaborations
Preservation: Translation and Editing of rare works, development of resources/digital resources
Dissemination: Academic activities (courses, workshops, summer schools, seminars etc)
The goal is to restore and digitize the ancient manuscripts of Dvaita Vedanta and make it readily available for the masses, with an effort to forward the legacy of Indian schools of thoughts.
Through research and preservation, the objective is the diffusion of knowledge through diverse activities, such as creating modules, workshops, summer schools (jñāna-yātrā) and collaborating with different institutions.
The aim is to create modules with standard Indian traditional pedagogy while employing technology, this will be carried out in parallel to the findings of research.
ತತ್ವವಾದ (ದ್ವೈತ) ಮತ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಧ್ವಾಚಾರ್ಯರಿಂದ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾಗಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಷ್ಣುತೀರ್ಥರ ಮೂಲಕ ಬೆಳೆದು ಬಂದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯ ಮಠದ ‘ಶ್ರೀ ವೇದವ್ಯಾಸ ಸಂಶೋಧನ ಕೇಂದ್ರ’ವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದೆ. ‘ತತ್ವವಾದ’ದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಭಾರತೀಯ ತತ್ವಜ್ಞಾನ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಪಸರಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿರುವ ವೇದವ್ಯಾಸ ಸಂಶೋಧನ ಕೇಂದ್ರವು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಧ್ಯೇಯ-ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು, ಮೂರು ಸ್ತರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಕಾರ್ಯ-ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
